Kyndal's Winter Formal

Last night was Kyndal's Winter Formal. As usual, she was so beautiful! Drake's baseball game went a little long, so while we were waiting we went out to a nearby neighborhood lake and took some photos.

After our photo shoot (where she was freezing, by the way!) we ran by Starbucks and then to Drake's for some pictures with him.

The couple met up with some of their friends at a local restaurant for dinner before the dance.

Valentine Parties

Well, I am behind! On Monday Eli had his Valentine party at school ...

Alive!

I talked on the phone with Dawson today and he sounded so alive and excited! He is in Tahoe with Rick snowboarding and skiing. They are staying with Rick's family and Rick has a nephew that is 16, so Dawson's having the time of his life.

He attempted snowboarding yesterday. It didn't go so well.

Today they opted for skiing instead (his first time doing this, too.) He had so much fun! But he said he is so sore!

Tomorrow he is planning to go 4-wheeling in the sand dunes. He can't wait!

They'll be home on Monday night. Rick said Dawson wants this to be an annual trip the two of them take.

I am so happy my two men have had some time together! Finally Rick has a skiing partner!
